The property is a short taxi ride to ADO Bus terminal, the city center and the new Tren Maya terminal. The staff was friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the restaurant on site.

The hotel is clean, the personnel is polite and quite efficient. The breakfast was included in the price and we liked it too.
